Yilei Li (李颐蕾) is a Ph.D. student originally from Zhejiang, China. She graduated from Shandong University with a B.A. in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL). After that, Yilei received her M.A. in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Fudan University. Her research interests include the sociocultural approach to second language acquisition, linguistic anthropology, and sociolinguistics. She is particularly interested in language socialization theory, social network analysis, study abroad, and everyday L2 Chinese practices.
