After having served as officer-in-charge of Armed Forces Network Taiwan, I finished a Master’s degree in Oriental Studies (now EAS) at the UA. I enjoyed continuing my study of Chinese and beginning Japanese with a summer grant at Stanford. For 50 years I’ve enjoyed my contact with UA faculty and students. I’ve traveled extensively in Asia.
