Andrea Keene

My education in the Humanities has prepared me for my professional career because a large part of the Armed Forces is navigating interpersonal differences. Pursing this degree has allowed me to gain the necessary skills to do so in ways that allow me to understand these cultural differences, thus effectively utilizing them within the team. I have also used this degree to pursue a Master of Arts in International Security Studies that I also received from the UofA. I am currently a full-time student at Union Institute and University pursuing a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Humanities and Culture.
