After publishing a paper on the process of Japanese-to-English video game localization for my senior capstone project, I utilized the sum of my education and experience to begin work as a professional Localization Editor. Now, I help bring video games to English-speaking audiences by navigating the pathways of linguistic and cultural exchange I learned about during my time in the East Asian Studies department.
