Jingjing Xu is originally from Shanghai, China. She is a currently a Ph.D. student majoring in Chinese Linguistics. She received her B.A. in Chinese Language & Literature from East China Normal University located in Shanghai, P.R. China. She then received her M.A in Teaching Mandarin as a Foreign Language from New York University. Her main research interest is second language pedagogy.
