Heesu Oh is a Ph.D. student originally from South Korea. She finished her M.A. and Ph.D. in Japanese Language Education at Nagoya University in Japan. Her current research interests include sociolinguistics, life story interview, bilingual education, bi-, and multilingualism. She has taught the Japanese language, Korean language, and Bilingualism at Nagoya University and Nagoya City University in Japan. She teaches JPN102 for FA2022.

Beginning conversation, grammar, reading and writing in modern Japanese. Students not in a University of Arizona Japanese class the previous semester must take a placement test.
